| Students can attend the program in the batch allocated to them at the time of enrollment |
| The student shall be eligible to get the online services for the period of 12 Months from his date of enrollment |
| The student shall get the study material at the time of enrollment. |
| The student shall be entitled to attend all workshops during the 6 Month enrollment period provided that he does not repeat the workshop of same examination. |
| The student shall also be entitled to attend all the scheduled doubt sessions for a period of 6 Months at his/her enrolled center. |
| Refunds shall be strictly as per CL refund policy i.e. no refund shall be processed after 15 days of the Batch start date. |

| Students can attend the classroom program in the batch allocated to them at the time of enrollment |
| The student shall be eligible to get the online services for the period of 12 Months from his date of enrollment |

| Platinum Program Terms & Conditions |
| Students can attend classroom sessions in the following season or year without paying any fee |
| This facility can be availed by a General Category students till the age of 28 years and by a SC/ST candidate till the age of 32 Years |
| A student can prepare for all bank exams as per the ongoing batches at the center subject to the same/similar course available at the |
| location/city where the student has enrolled and the availability of a batch at that point in time. |
| Student may opt for any other location subject to the condition above. |
| The student shall be eligible to get the online services for the period of 24 Months from his date of enrollment |
| The student shall get the study material at the time of enrollment. |
| Lifelong membership entitles students to a 50% fee waiver on purchase of new study material |
| Lifelong membership entitles students to a 50% fee waiver the test series in the subsequent years |
