While attempting our Open CDC Mocks, students should go through the following steps and ensure to keep them in mind before pursuing any further for the smooth conduct of the mock test.

  • OPEN CDCs will be available for only 3 Days* – Saturday, Sunday and Monday

*Note: Except for the first – OPEN CDC 1, which will remain open for 10 days as per the schedule and re-open later.

  • OPEN CDCs will be conducted in 3 slots each day. The 3 slots are –
    1. 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM
    2. 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM
    3. 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM
  • Once the test window closes, the test will not reopen and will be auto-submitted.
  • Live analysis for Open CDC Mocks will be available at 8:00 PM on the analysis date mentioned in the schedule above.
  • The option to choose a slot will be provided to the students from the Wednesday before the Mock start date, at 12 noon.
  • Each section cannot be submitted before the end of 40 minutes, as in the actual CAT exam.

How To Book A Slot For These OPEN CDC Mocks?

Students will have to book their slots at least one day before the day a mock is scheduled. Kindly follow slot booking process is as follows.

  1. Click on ‘Tests’ on the homepage of your My Zone Account.
  2. Click on ‘Mock Tests’.
  3. Click on ‘CAT Mocks’.
  4. Find the dropdown for selecting your slot next to the mock name.
  5. Select the slot of your choice along with the date and time. You will be able to take the test only in the selected slot.

Yes, you can change your slot only once after booking. However, in case you are unable to reschedule your slot, you can raise your query at support@careerlauncher.com, and our team will get your issue resolved within 24-72 hours.

You can change the slot before the time of your booked test slot.

Example: If you have booked a slot for 26th May, 8:30 AM, then you can change the slot only till 8:30 AM. Post that, your test link to appear for the mock will appear, and the mock cannot be rescheduled.
