Location Delhi, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Bangalore
Responsibilities
  • Provide information on Career Launcher courses.
  • Counseling of all walk-ins and effective follow up with prospects.
  • Convince students to enroll for Career Launcher courses.
  • Responsible for operations processes and formalities at the center.
  • Mentors students through resolving queries and other problems.
  • Responsible for upkeep of Data and center aesthetics.
  • Advise students on career choices.
Work Experience Minimum years of experience:
  • Minimum 2 yrs of experience
Educational Qualification

Graduate degree

Key Skills The person should be:
  • Good Product knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent convincing power
  • Knowledge for sales techniques
  • Persuasiveness, good listening skills and desire for achievement.

Position Manager/Assistant Manager - Customer Service
Department Operations
Location Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai
Responsibilities
  • Centre administration
    • Supervise regularity and development of staff
    • Responsible for the sales targets
    • Ensure smooth Academic delivery across centers
    • Maintain fixed assets inside the centre premises
    • Install tracking
    • Assisting in ERP and Accounting
  • Training of all products to be imparted to all the new employees
  • Ensure quality and quantity of follow-ups for business development
Educational Qualification Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA from a reputed institute
Work Experience Minimum years of experience:
  • 3 - 4 years of relevant experience
Key Skills The person should have:
  • Excellent communication and organizing skills
  • High level of process and system compliance
  • Knowledge of CAT and other MBA entrance exams
