A few important consideration about the recruitment process includes: 

1. The selection process includes three stages:
   • Shortlisting / Test
   • Group Discussion
   • Interview
   
   This implies that it is not mandatory that the online written examination will be conducted. If the number of applicants are less, then only profile shortlisting will be done.
   
2. The cut off date for eligibility criteria is 1 Nov 2015
   
3. For MMGS -II, a minimum of two years experience in the relevant field is required although for JMGS-I, it is desired but not mandatory.
   
4. The application fee is Rs 100 for SC/ST/PWD candidates and Rs 600 for all others.
   
5. If the online written examination will be conducted, then the SO exam pattern will be:

A composite time of 120 minutes will be given for the examination.

6. There will be no negative marking.
7. A candidate has to clear cut off for each subject and overall cut off as decided by the bank, to be eligible for Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
8. The total marks for GD and Interview is 100 and a candidate has to score the minimum marks (mentioned below), to be eligible to make it for the final list -
   SC/ST/OBC/PWD - 50 Marks or more
   Unreserved - 55 Marks or more
