SRMJEEE Exam

The prestigious SRM University conducts SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination (SRMJEEE) for granting admissions in undergraduate engineering courses. It gives an opportunity to seek admission in its four campuses -
Kattankulathur, Ramapuram,Ramapuram Part- Vadapalani and NCR Ghaziabad. Every year nearly lakhs of students compete for 7,000 seats available in these four campuses

 SRMJEEE Eligibility

The minimum eligibility criteria is as per following

  • The candidates must have secured 65% aggregate in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry.
  • For biotechnology, biomedical engineering, bioinformatics and genetic engineering, minimum 65% aggregate in Mathematics / Biology, Physics and Chemistry is required.

 SRMJEEE Exam Pattern

The examination consists of 105 questions from the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or biology. The candidate has to attempt either of part 3 or part 4.

Part 1 Physics 35 105
Part 2 Chemistry 35 105
Part 3 Mathematics 35 105
Part 4 Biology 50 105

Three marks are awarded for every correct response and 1 mark is deducted for every wrong answer. Whereas, 0.7 mark is deducted for every wrong answer in Biology.
