The IPMAT marking scheme has each question with 4 marks, with a negative marking of 1 mark for each incorrect answer, except for the Quantitative Ability (SA) Section. SA* stands for Short Answers. Knowing the detailed IPMAT exam pattern can help prepare a better strategy for students and prioritize a few important topics over others.
The Logical Reasoning section has been added to this exam. The IPMAT Rohtak IPM Exam follows a very similar exam pattern to the CAT Exam and has a similar syllabus.

Similar to IPMAT Indore, IPMAT Rohtak follows the same marking scheme. For every correct answer, the test-taker is awarded 4 marks and there is a negative marking of 1 mark for each incorrect answer.
NOTE: Although it is mentioned on IIM Rohtak’s official website that there is a sectional time limit for each section the same is never seen in the actual exam.

Although the syllabus is mostly similar but there are slight differences. IIM Indore splits Quantitative Aptitude into SA-type and MCQ-type questions, while IIM Rohtak has logical reasoning instead of the SA-type QA section.
