	Candidate's Name: Abhishek Tripathi Candidate's Academic Background: B. Tech. (Computers) Date of Interview: February 15 2006


	Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow
	Group Discussion Our 8 member GD group was given 15 minutes to discuss: Is the foundation of a state the education of its youth? Before starting the GD, we were given 10 minutes to write an essay on the topic. There were two panelists and the GD was heavily moderated. However, the GD was interesting, with good participation from all members.

	Interview The interview lasted for 15 minutes, with a two-member panel. The interview covered all topics: academics, general awareness and personal details. The panelists started by asking academic questions, such as: What is C and C++? What is Java? They also asked questions on current affairs: Who is the chief minister of Karnataka? General questions on tennis and Sania Mirza. The panelists also queried me on personal details, such as: Hobbies Place of origin Meaning of my name They also asked some generic questions on ethics. Overall, the interview went well. The interview panel was cool, and I was relaxed and confident.
