	Group Discussion The 11 member group was given a case study on business ethics to discuss. The case study itself was not very difficult. All members of the group contributed some good suggestions, and a number of solutions were put forward.

	Interview We had two rounds of interview. For the first one, I was the first person from my group to be interviewed. My interview lasted for 40 minutes, but I was comfortable answering the questions and hardly noticed the time. The focus of the first interview was on general awareness and my engineering specialization. Nearly all questions linked engineering to business. The interview panel was friendly, they even explained certain economic terms to me! The second interview was for 15 minutes and covered more general topics.

	Psychometric Test and Essay We were also given a psychometric test and asked to write a short essay on self. The total time given for this exercise was 20 minutes.
