	Xavier Institute of Management
	Group Discussion The GD was of only 7 members, this caught everyone present by surprise. The topic of the GD was: Only vested interests determine global economy. The discussion started very haphazardly, with a number of participants using the US as an example, but no clear ideas were presented. The discussion lasted for all of 10 minutes. I did not contribute much during the first half of the GD, but jumped in once some ideas had been presented. The panel appreciated me for my restraint during the interview.

	Interview The interview lasted for about 12 minutes, and focused mainly on academics and general questions about my background. The panel asked a number of questions on accounts and on my extra curricular activities in school – basketball and volleyball. One of the interviewers did ask a few difficult questions, mostly to scare me. But I managed to keep my cool and answer most questions.
