selection process
Corporates visiting campuses for recruitment
test candidates on their technical expertise,
aptitude, and personality. Technical expertise
can be judged through tests and academic
questions during the interview. Aptitude
is evaluated through written tests assess
analytical and verbal reasoning, as well
as quantitative aptitude. In most cases these
are brain teasers of puzzles. Personality
assessment is done though personal interviews
or group discussion, or both. Some companies,
such as TCS use specially designed psychometric
tests as well. |
