Inner Circle is our faculty training and induction program. All new teachers are required to undergo rigorous training sessions that are conducted for 7 days, for up to 14 hours a day. This training is so demanding that on an average 20 percent of wannabe teachers do not make it to certification. And unless they are certified, they can’t teach.
