The need for this product was felt as the students from out of Delhi / NCR found it extremely difficult to manage on their own in an unknown / hostile city environment and spent a large part of their study time attending to routine house keeping chores like managing accommodation, food, healthcare, security etc.
For students who are venturing out of their home environments, a need was felt to provide a ‘Home away from Home’ with hygienic and safe surroundings, doctor on call for emergencies, stress buster classes, yoga and counseling by expert counselors who would be almost their local guardians.
As most of the learning is through self-study, we felt that an enhanced competitive peer environment where all residents are studying and focused on the same target would lead to an increased peer learning and motivation when the need arises. The total interaction at the study centre being limited, there was felt a need to enhance the amount of attention we could give them by taking our faculty to their accommodation where we will provide extra workshops, one to one guidance, doubt clearance sessions, library in accommodation, networked environment and help in accessing/ filling B School forms all at their doorstep.
This studious environment and value addition, we are sure would lead to dramatic improvement in scores achieved in relation to what could have been possible otherwise. In pursuit of this mission Career Launcher India Ltd, as the national leader in test prep business have decided to roll out this facility from May 2008.
