IPU B.Com (H) exam 2015 was conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Delhi on May 24, 2015 for admission to their Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) program. The exam comprised 150 questions from four broad sections viz. English Language and Comprehension, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation and Basic General Awareness. There were 4 options in each question. Each correct attempt would fetch 4 marks and each incorrect attempt would attract negative marking, i.e. a penalty of 1 mark. The total marks for the paper was 600. The time limit of the exam was 150 minutes.

English Language and Comprehension
There were 40 questions in this section. There were two Reading Comprehension passages with almost 4-5 questions following each passage. There were questions on Fill in the Blanks, Idioms, Error Spotting, Antonyms and Synonyms. The difficulty level of this section was moderate. An attempt of 30-32 questions can be considered a good attempt while a score of 111-115 can be considered a good score.

Logical Reasoning
This section comprised 38 questions. There was an almost equal mix of Verbal Reasoning and Analytical Reasoning questions in this section. In Analytical Reasoning, most of the questions were based on topics like Blood Relations, Directions and Number Series. The overall difficulty level of this section was easy to moderate. An attempt of 28-30 questions can be considered a good attempt and a score of 104-108 can be considered a good score. The study material provided by CL was considered sufficient for this section.

Data Interpretation
This section comprised 50 questions. Most of the questions were based on Bar Graphs, Pie Charts, Tables and Caselets (10 Q). The overall difficulty level of this section was moderate to difficult. An attempt of 30-32 questions can be considered a good attempt and a score of 113-117 can be considered a good score. The study material provided by CL was considered sufficient for this section.

Mathematics
The total number of questions in this section was 22. There was a good mix of static and current GK. In static GK, questions were based on Geography (maps, rivers, capital of countries, etc.), Currencies and Science. The questions of Current Affairs were mainly based on Personalities (like Head of World Bank, IMF, etc.) The difficulty level of this section was moderate to difficult. An attempt of 10-12 questions could have been considered a good attempt.

The level of difficulty of the entire paper can be summed up to be moderate.
