Our Automotive Trainees have attended the Dealer’s Network Visit at VISHAL WHEELERS PVT LTD. on 16^th Feb 2015. The motive of arranging the visit was to enable the students to imbibe the OEM i.e., Original Equipment Manufacturer concept of After Sales Service & Customer Satisfaction. The Students have participated with zeal and passion. Also, they have exhibited tremendous interest in acquiring the complete knowledge of the concept.

Post training, the students have attained the level of understanding the following areas:

• Dealer's Concept.
• Positioning and placement of major components, minor components and accessories.
• Wheel Alignment - Practical demonstration and its importance.
• Painting shop - Practical demonstration of painting of a vehicle & its importance.
• Customer satisfaction.
• Records to be maintained at Dealers point i.e., Job card, Work order and Vehicle History card.
• Work atmosphere during work on floor.

We all are very thankful to General Manager Mr. V K Rajpoot, Who has given full support and interest to brief our trainees on respective procedure, concept & methods along with their supporting staff.
