This is to share that a guest lecture was conducted on 28^th Feb, 2015 on the topic 'Retail & Store Management' for about 140 retail and sales Trainees at our Unnao centre. Our guest, Mr. Vimal Raj and Mr. Prince Ganguli from Levi's Strauss, interacted with our Trainees and shared his experience of eight years in Retail industry and answered students queries on varied subjects.

The session started with an introduction by Mr. Vimal to students and sharing objectives of the session. Mr. Vimal addressed our trainees on various aspects of retail concepts, managing different customers and ways of store management. On the way, Trainees asked multiple questions on types of customers, customer service and relationship. The Trainees gave positive feedback about the session and demanded more such sessions frequently in future. Mr.Vimal was also very positive about students and was overwhelmed with their enthusiasm.
