Satya is the Chairman and founder of CL Educate Ltd. He earned his Bachelor's degree from St. Stephen's College, New Delhi (where he topped his class) and his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (Bangalore). Satya, a visionary to the core enjoyed a brief stint in Pharmaceutical Marketing with Ranbaxy, before chasing his dreams of becoming an entrepreneur. Satya is also a certified Crestcom and NTL trainer who trained corporate bigwigs in leadership and management skills, besides thousands of students, teachers and corporate executives. He supports new entrepreneurial ventures through his association with TiE. Occasionally, he trains the Delhi state cricket team in the area of "mental preparation".

Gautam Puri, Managing Director, CL Educate Ltd., is a chemical engineer by training; Gautam earned his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (Bangalore). Gautam brought a wealth of corporate experience when he joined Career Launcher in its formative stage in 1996 - he had completed successful stints at Hindustan Petroleum (India's largest oil company), Britannia (leading food products company) and VAM Organics (a chemical manufacturer). He has overseen CL's rapid expansion, and has been instrumental in creating its unique courseware and delivery methods.

Nikhil Mahajan, Director, CL Educate Ltd., is an electrical engineer from Benares Hindu University (BHU), after which he earned his MBA from Indian Institute of Management (Bangalore). He spent several years in management consulting with AF Ferguson and subsequently honed his corporate finance and strategic planning skills with a large textile manufacturer. Nikhil has been instrumental in managing CL's profitable growth, the expanded franchise network and its successful business acquisitions. From getting CL's accounts audited by Ernst & Young to introducing robust internal financial systems, Nikhil has ensured that CL is a trendsetter in the industry when it comes to corporate transparency, ethics and financial disclosure. He is currently also the Managing Director of CL.

Sanjeev Srivastava, President, CL Educate & CEO - Govt. Vocational Education and Training, Alumnus Delhi University, Graduation in Economics Hons. (Hans Raj College) and Post Graduation in Sociology. Worked in the Civil Services and as a core team member with the Times Bank, HDFC and Kotak Mahindra. Sanjeev started his career with first job in the Civil Services, and he later moved to Allahabad bank as a Probationary Officer. When the new generation Private sector Banks got their licenses, Sanjeev moved to Bank of Punjab as a core team member. Sanjeev has rich experience of 25 years in banking industry with Times Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank.

R.Sreenivasan, Director, Indus World School of Business (IWSB), Alumnus Jawahar Lal Nehru University and IIM Bangalore. Had successful stints with TCS and Sony Entertainment Television, prior to joining CL. Sreeni has a bagful of academic achievements - a Masters in Computer Applications, a Masters in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He brings significant corporate experience to Career Launcher - with successful stints at TCS (India's largest IT Company) and Sony Entertainment. In addition to being the director of IWSB; Sreeni is an acclaimed motivator and trainer - having trained thousands of students, teachers and corporate executives. Sujit Bhattacharya, Director, Alumnus IIT Kharagpur and IIM Bangalore. Enjoyed successful stints at Telco and Wipro before setting up Dharma Systems, a US based software firm. An electrical engineer from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, Sujit completed his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He enjoyed successful stints at Telco (India's largest engineering company) and Wipro (India's most valuable IT Company) before moving to the US to set up operations for Dharma Systems, an upcoming software firm. Having set up a successful software business, Sujit returned to his passion - technology in education. He joined CL in 2000 and headed the development (out of Silicon Valley) of arguably the world's largest repository of K-12 science and math content, using cutting-edge technologies. He has been the driving force behind CL's technology initiatives - developing eCRM, advanced ERP solutions, Testing & Assessment tools, Employee Portals and sophisticated Student Information Systems.

R.Shiva Kumar, Director, Indus World School, Indore, Alumnus IIT-Madras and IIM Calcutta. Had a brief stint with HTA before joining CL. Shivku earned his engineering degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras; and his MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. After a brief stint with HTA, India's largest advertising agency, Shivku returned to his passion for teaching and soon took charge of all academic activities at CL. Highly popular among students for his enthusiasm and tutoring approach, Shivku is widely regarded as the brain behind the "CL way" of cracking exams. Thousands of students continue to owe their success in part to Shivku's personal touch.
