The Symbiosis Institute has not yet released any official announcement regarding SET 2026. However, as per the trend each year, the Symbiosis Entrance Test 2026 is expected to be conducted in teh first half of May. The exact SET 2026 exam dates will be announced by the institute soon. All aspiring students are advised not to worry much about the SET 2026 exam dates and to focus on their preparation. SET Eligibility Criteria 2026

The SET 2026 eligibility criteria are a set of rules that every student must fulfill to apply and be eligible for BBA admission to any of the constituent Symbiosis Institutes. The brief SET exam eligibility criteria have been discussed below.

• Candidates must have passed Class XII or equivalent examinations in the relevant stream from a recognized board or university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST category students), depending on the specific institute.
• Candidates in Class XII or awaiting their Class XII results are also eligible to apply, but he/she will have to submit proof of securing the minimum marks (as mentioned above) at the time of the second admission stage.
• Candidates who have completed Class XII or equivalent examination from any Foreign Board must have an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities.
• A minimum of 7.5 CGPA is required at the end of Semester 6 to opt for Honours with Research.

SET 2026 Application Process

The SET 2026 application will be a completely online process. The SET application form 2026 will be made available on the official website of SET (set-test.org/). Students wishing to appear for the SET must complete the online application form within the allotted deadline. All the information needs to be filled correctly with minute care. Any discrepancy might lead to the cancellation of candidature.

Candidates can appear for the SET exam 2026, conducted on two different dates. He/she can appear for both exams, and the one with the highest score will be considered. The exact dates of the exam will be mentioned in the official application and admission brochure.

• Create a new user profile by doing the SET registration with details such as name, date of birth, gender, email ID, phone number, etc.
• Upload the required essential documents in the prescribed format.
• Pay the application fee via credit/debit card, internet banking, or UPI.
• Fill out the application form with the necessary details, such as category, test centres, institutions, etc.

Pay the required SET application fee and take a printout of the complete application form and the payment receipt.

SET Application Fees

Students are required to pay a definite fee to complete their SET application form. Any form without a successful payment will be considered incomplete and rejected.

• The SET registration fee is INR 2250/- per test. It is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Furthermore, for each program students want to apply for, they must pay the INR 1000 per program, which is non-transferable and non-refundable.

SET Exam Pattern 2026

SET is a computer-based test that has four main sections:

• General English
• Quantitative
• General Awareness
• Analytical and Logical Reasoning

As envisioned in the NEP 2020, Symbiosis International University (SIU) has announced a four-year degree program with several entry and exit possibilities.
