Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (MBA PGPX) offered by the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) is a one-year full-time MBA program. It is designed to provide experienced professionals with world-class management education that fast-tracks their careers. The program focuses on developing responsible and sensitive business leaders who prioritize society at the core of their decision-making.

Profile of the Class of 2024
The Class of 2024 of the MBA PGPX comprises 148 high-performing professionals who represent more than 30 sectors. The number of students has increased by 8 compared to last year’s batch comprising 140 students.
> The batch has students representing government bodies and administrative departments, such as the Ministry of Home Affairs, NITI Aayog, Comptroller & Auditor General of India, Ministry of Railways, the Government of Haryana, and defense forces including the Indian Navy, Indian Army, and CRPF.
> Women professionals add to the diversity of the batch with leading roles such as Regional Manager – Uniformed Forces, Assistant Registrar, Entrepreneur, Research Engineer, Continuous Improvement Manager, and Senior Analyst. The work experience ranges from 6.5 to 8.5 years. Besides professional achievements, some female students are also fulfilling their roles as mothers along with their academic pursuits.
> About 36% of the batch comprises professionals who have studied and worked abroad and have international exposure ranging from 4 to 15 years of experience. These students have exposure to banking and financial services, manufacturing and engineering, defense and security, IT, energy and utilities, administrative services consulting, shipping and transportation, and social services.
