1. Mandatory Entry & Timing Rules

These rules are non-negotiable and directly determine if you can take the test.

  • Arrive Early and On Time: You must report to the SNAP Test Centre two hours before the test starts. This time is needed for the security and document verification process.
  • Late entry is strictly denied: If you arrive late for any reason, you will not be allowed to enter the centre once the gates are closed.
  • Locate your center in advance: Visit your allocated Test Centre location at least one day before the exam.
  • No exit during the exam: You cannot leave the test hall until the entire 60-minute duration of the exam is completed.

2. Documents & Prohibited Items

Carry only the essentials and strictly avoid forbidden items.

  • Document Verification: The Invigilator will review and verify your Admit Card and Original ID Proof. Make sure the information provided in the admit card is correct and is in accordance with the information available in your ID proof.
  • No electronic items allowed: No electronic devices are permitted in the test hall. This includes cell phones, calculators, digital watches, alarm clocks, smartwatches, fitness bands, and other wearable devices.
  • Travel arrangements: You are responsible for making all travel and lodging arrangements (if applicable).

3. Exam Conduct and Malpractice

To avoid being disqualified immediately, strictly adhere to all exam guidelines.

  • Engaging in any form of malpractice or unfair means (like cheating or impersonation) will lead to immediate disqualification from the SIU admission process and may result in legal action.
  • Providing false information, tampering with documents (like the admit card or scorecard), or any form of misconduct will result in cancellation of your candidature and disqualification from all future SIU entrance tests, even if discovered after admission.
  • Your entry will be denied immediately if you bring any prohibited substances to the test centre.
