CUET UG 2024 – A Wrap Up!
After a month-long wait, NTA finally released the results for CUET UG 2024 on 28th July 2024.
On Sunday, July 28, 2024, NTA declared the CUET UG result 2024 after a delay of almost a month. After releasing the final CUET answer key on July 25, NTA was expected to release the result anytime.
The Common University Entrance Test(CUET) is conducted by the National Testing Agency(NTA) in 379 cities in India and 26 cities outside the country in Abu Dhabi, Bangkok, Brasilia, Cape Town, Canberra, Colombo, Doha, Dubai, Frankfurt (Germany), Hanoi, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Kathmandu, Kuala Lumpur, Kuwait City, Lagos, Manama, Moscow, Muscat, Oslo, Ottawa, Port Louis, Riyadh, Sharjah, Singapore, and Washington D.C.
For the first time in CUET’s history, the exam was conducted in hybrid mode and the exam saw about 14,99,790 unique registrations. However, only 1113610 unique candidates appeared for the CUET exam.

The candidates had applied for various unique combinations of subjects across 283 Universities.
Overall 63 subjects (33 languages, 29 Domain-Specific Subjects, and One General Test) were tested under the CUET (UG) 2024 exam.
Two new subjects Fashion Studies and Tourism were added for the first time. Candidates could choose a maximum of 06 Subjects including languages (Indian and Foreign) and General Tests.
To maintain the inclusivity of the exam, it is conducted in 13 languages, including English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, etc., so students from different language backgrounds can attempt it.
