CUET (UG) 2026 was conducted by NTA from May 11 to May 31, and again on June 6 and 7, 2026, across multiple shifts as a Computer-Based Test (CBT) in an online mode. The exam was held across India and abroad, with a total of 15,68,867 registered candidates.

NTA has made the Provisional CUET UG 2026 Answer Key(s) along with the Question Papers and Recorded Responses available on the official CUET website: https://cuet.nta.nic.in. All candidates who appeared in the exam can log in and access these.

CUET UG 2026 Answer Key Challenge Fee & Payment

To challenge any question in the provisional CUET UG 2026 Answer Key, candidates need to pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) per question challenged. Payment can be made through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI on or before June 11, 2026 (upto 11:50 PM). No challenge will be entertained without prior payment of this fee.

CUET UG 2026 Answer Key: Step-by-Step Guide to Challenge

Follow these steps carefully to submit your answer key challenge:

1. Visit the official NTA CUET website at https://cuet.nta.nic.in and click on ‘Challenge(s) regarding Answer Key‘.
2. Log in using your Application Number and Password, and enter the captcha shown on the screen.
3. Click on ‘View Question Paper‘ to review your marked/recorded responses.
4. To view or challenge the answer key, click on the link ‘Click to view/Challenge Answer Key‘.
5. The Question IDs in the answer key may not appear in sequential order. Match each Question ID in the answer key to the corresponding question in your question paper.
6. If you disagree with a particular answer, select the correct option by clicking the appropriate checkbox in the Option IDs column.
7. Upload any supporting documents (textbook pages, reference material, etc.) as a single PDF file by clicking ‘Choose File’.
8. Scroll down and click ‘Submit and Review Claims‘ to proceed to the review screen.
9. Review all your challenges. If you need to make changes, click ‘Modify your Claim‘.
10. If everything looks correct, click ‘Final Submit‘.
11. After saving your claims, click ‘Pay Now‘ and complete the payment at Rs. 200/- per question challenged.
12. Your challenge will be officially saved only after successful payment.

What Happens After CUET UG 2026 Answer Key Challenge?

All submitted CUET UG 2026 answer key challenges will be reviewed by a panel of subject experts. If a challenge is found to be correct, the answer key will be revised and updated across all candidates’ responses. The revised Final CUET Answer Key will then be used to prepare and declare the CUET UG 2026 results. Please note that individual candidates will not be informed about whether their specific challenge was accepted or rejected. The expert panel’s decision will be final.
