Class XII Board exams along with CUET 2024 are crucial hurdles for a student’s academic aspiration. However, this is not going to be an easy task. > The difference in the syllabus: Though Boards and CUET syllabus are similar, there are differences as well. All the Boards exclude a few chapters from the class XII NCERT syllabus, but the CUET syllabus encompasses the entire NCERT class XII syllabus for respective subjects.
> Distinct exam pattern: The Boards and CUET, both have distinct exam patterns and are different. In Boards, it is a mix of all types of questions (short, long, logical, etc), but the CUET only included MCQ-based questions.
> Competition level: While the Board exam is conducted separately by various Boards (CBSE, ICSE, and all the state Boards), CUET is a nationwide common UG entrance exam. Certainly, the competition level in CUET (UG) will be monumental compared to the Board exam.

> Preparing a timetable and following it judiciously (Keep at least 45-60 minutes daily for CUET 2024 preparation) is the first step.
> Revise every chapter once it is completely prepared. (Revise by solving objective questions and chapter-wise test papers).
> Manage your time effectively. Ensure that you are not overburdened. (Take short breaks to refresh your mind and memory).
> Occasionally refer to newspapers, magazines, or any other GK books to prepare the GT section. (This will also break the monotony of the study routine).
> Before every exam, write mock tests and solve test series, this will help you revise the entire subject in a short duration and assist in CUET preparation as well.
