7 days to go for IPMAT Indore: Preparation Tips

There are 7 days to go for IPMAT Indore, one of the most sought-after entrance tests for BBA at the UG level. Know below some trusted tips and strategies the previous years’ test takers have used successfully. 

• Math and Grammar: To prepare for the mathematical part of the test, revise your formulas, theorems, and last-minute proofs to strengthen your concepts. Know quick calculation techniques to help save time.
• Understanding the level of preparation: Attempt mocks to know where you stand currently. Identify topics that yield you the most score and attempt those questions in the actual paper. Do not try to attempt questions you are unsure of. Time yourself, and also check which sections requires the most amount of time.
• Pay attention to every section: It might become difficult to efficiently distribute your time amongst all sections at the last minute. Make a flowchart of the most difficult to least difficult sections according to you, and allocate your time to the sections in that order.
• Giving Mocks Regularly: IPMAT 2023 will test you on both – subject knowledge and time management skills. Make sure you have attempted at least 5 mocks before the actual test to eliminate any element of surprise. The most important part of taking mocks is analyzing them. Look at solutions to every question, and what is the suggested approach to solve it.
• Be prepared: It can get stressful, but make sure to take rest, eat well, be ready with the necessary documents for the exam day, and follow through on your preparation so far. Don’t doubt yourself.
