‘P%Q’ means ‘P is neither smaller than nor equal to
Q’.
‘P@Q’ means ‘P is neither greater than nor equal to
Q’.
‘P#Q’ means ‘P is not greater than Q’.
‘P$Q’ means ‘P is not smaller than Q’.
‘P&Q’ means ‘P is neither smaller than nor greater
than Q’.
