CAT Notification 2024 (Released): Important Dates, Admit Card, Syllabus, Exam Pattern, Fees

Every year a pool of candidates vie for the CAT, a highly competitive examination widely considered one of India's most popular management exams. CAT exam is held once a year and is conducted in November in three sessions in more than 130 cities across the nation. The CAT notification is released on the last Sunday of July, i.e. 28th July 2024.


The CAT notification 2024 includes CAT 2024 exam dates, registration dates & fees, admit card download, eligibility criteria, courses, and other important information. The application process will proceed in the initial week of August 2024. CAT aspirants will have to complete the application form online and must pay the required fees before the deadline to be qualified to take the CAT 2024 examination. Failing to pay the required fees will bar you from appearing for the exam. For further information, look down below: 


> It is expected that IIM Calcutta will conduct the CAT 2024.

> It is expected that over three lakh candidates will vie for the CAT 2024.

> The CAT 2024 exam difficulty level will be much higher compared to previous years. Hence, students must prepare thoroughly with a strategic approach to get a good score/percentile.

> MBA candidates planning to appear for CAT 2024 can expect an increase in the application fees.

> This year, the authority may increase the overall number of CAT exam centers to 150 to make it easier for students appearing for the exam. 

> The CAT 2024 exam date is scheduled for 24th November 2024.
