Once you have received the confirmation email at your registered email address, you have been selected for the PGDM(HR) or PGDM(HRM) at XLRI Jamshedpur and the Delhi-NCR campus.
You should immediately follow the further steps.
> Visit the XLRI website for detailed information about the next steps. This will include document verification procedures, deadlines for fee payments, and any pre-program activities.
> Make sure to accept your offer within the given timeframe. This shows that you intend to join the program.
> XLRI Jamshedpur or Delhi may offer online modules or introductory sessions before the main program starts, so be prepared for those.
If some students who are accepted but choose not to take their offers, their spots become available. These spots are then given to candidates on the waitlist who are qualified. The XLRI final shortlist will be released in the month of May 2025, showcasing the names of the students who are accepted after taking into account any changes from the waitlist.
We cannot say for sure how many people will be admitted after the waitlist movement. However, based on last year's results, we can expect the numbers to be similar, although they may also fluctuate.
If you are someone aspiring to get into XLRI Jamshedpur or Delhi and you are on the waitlist, there’s no need to worry anymore. From the information above, we can interpret that there are still high chances for you to secure a spot.
Being waitlisted can be stressful, but there are things you can do to improve your chances of getting an offer:
> Stay Informed: Regularly check the XLRI website and your email for updates about the waitlist and any information on how to accept a seat if offered.
> Keep Up Your Grades: Keep performing well in your current studies. This shows that you're dedicated and consistent.
> Share Work Updates (if you’re employed): If you're working, consider sharing any recent accomplishments or promotions to boost your profile.
XLRI will release a Merit List along with details about admission offers, which will indicate candidates' positions on the waitlist. Candidates can find the Merit List in the admission offer sent by the university on their dashboards. The Merit List will inform candidates whether they have been offered admission to XLRI, placed on the waitlist, or rejected their candidature.
The interview results for XLRI Admission 2025 will be sent to candidates via email and will also be posted on the official website. These results will indicate the admission status of applicants for the PGDM program.
The final results for the 2025 admission cycle at XLRI Jamshedpur and Delhi will be announced on their official website. After the results are posted, candidates will receive an email notification. The final results consider several factors, including the XAT score, performance in the Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI), and an overall evaluation of their profile. Candidates can visit the official website to view their results.
