MBA (General Management) - 2026-28
The MBA at IIM Sirmaur is a two-year, full-time residential program structured across six trimesters. The first year covers core courses in management concepts, analytical frameworks, and functional disciplines.
Students then undertake a Summer Internship Programme after Year 1, gaining immersive exposure to real-world business challenges. MBA (Tourism Management) - 2026-28
The MBA (Tourism Management), commonly referred to as MBA TM, is a two-year, full-time residential program with a trimester-based academic structure. The first year focuses on core management disciplines; the second year deepens sectoral expertise with courses in destination planning, tourism policy, sustainable tourism, air transport management, hospitality operations, tourist behaviour, and event management. MBA (Tourism, Travel and Hospitality Management) - 2026-28
The MBA (Tourism, Travel and Hospitality Management), or MBA TTHM, is another specialized two-year full-time residential program preparing graduates for managerial roles across the tourism, travel, hospitality, aviation, and event management sectors. Like the MBA TM, this program follows a trimester structure and emphasizes both sectoral depth and broad management competencies.
PGPEX (Post Graduate Programme for Executives)
The PGPEX-LSM is a one-year, fully residential PGDM global management program designed to develop future-ready leaders for manufacturing, digital transformation, operations, and supply chain sectors.
The program includes specialised coursework at the Siemens Manufacturing Excellence Lab in India, covering digital twins and automation. The program carries a total of 96 credits and includes a summer internship and final placements in Term Four. The total fee at IIM Sirmaur is Rs. 11,00,000.
BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies) - 2026-30
The BMS program at IIM Sirmaur is a four-year undergraduate program aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. It offers multiple exit options in line with NEP provisions. IIM Sirmaur Eligibility Criteria 2026
Eligibility for MBA Programs (General, Tourism Management, TTHM)
To be eligible for the MBA at IIM Sirmaur, candidates must satisfy all of the following conditions:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification from any recognized university.
- Secure a minimum of 60% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA) in their qualifying degree. Candidates from reserved categories (SC, ST, PwD) require a minimum of 55%.
- Candidates in the final year of their qualifying degree may apply provisionally, provided they submit a course completion certificate at the time of registration and all pending documents by October 30, 2026.
- Possess a valid CAT 2025 score.
- Candidates who score below 60% in Class 10, Class 12, or graduation are ineligible for the Personal Interview shortlisting stage.
Eligibility for BMS Program
For the BMS program, candidates must:
- Have passed Class 12 from a recognised board.
- Be a maximum of 20 years of age as on August 1, 2026 (i.e., born on or after August 1, 2006). SC, ST, and PwD candidates receive a five-year age relaxation (born on or after August 1, 2001).
- Qualify the Integrated Program in Management Aptitude Test (IPMAT) conducted by IIMs.
Eligibility for PGPEX-LSM
The PGPEX-LSM is designed for working executives. Admission is based on a dedicated aptitude test, the LSMAT (Leadership in Smart Manufacturing Aptitude Test), conducted by IIM Sirmaur, followed by an interview process.

IIM Sirmaur follows a two-phase selection process for MBA admissions:
Phase 1 - Shortlisting for Personal Interview (PI)
Candidates who meet the minimum CAT 2025 sectional and overall percentile cutoffs (as published by the institute) are shortlisted for Personal Interviews. The PI is conducted in offline mode as part of the Common Admission Process (CAP). IIM Sirmaur participates in CAP jointly with other member IIMs. The final decision on shortlisting cutoffs and the number of candidates invited for PI rests with the CAP Directors' meeting.
Phase 2 - Preparing the Final Merit List
