CAT 2019 registrations are underway and here is a complete guide on successful CAT 2019 registration. CAT 2019 registration process started on 7th August, 2019 at 10AM on the IIM CAT 2019 website. It is to be noted that CAT 2019 is a mandatory exam for admission into MBA/PGDM and other Management programs in 20 IIMs and other top MBA Colleges in India and also some MBA colleges abroad. The first step to appear for the CAT 2019 exam is successful CAT 2019 registration. CAT 2019 registration guidelines and important dates are mentioned below:

CAT 2019 will be hosted by IIM Kozikhode. CAT is conducted only once in a year. The fee for CAT 2019 registration is Rs. 1900/- . An applicant need not pay any extra amount for applying to any of the IIMs and therefore it is also suggested that while filling the form an applicant should select and apply for all IIMs.
Before filling out the CAT 2019 Registration form you should keep some documents ready which would be required while filling out the CAT 2019 Registration form.

After you’ve got all your documents ready follow the following steps for successful CAT 2019 Registration:
Register at CAT 2019 website using your personal details and create an account. Once the registration is complete you will be asked to login at the CAT 2019 portal using your username and password and click on “Go to Application Form”
In the next step you will be asked to fill your personal details and upload required documents such as photograph, signature, Category Certificate, Disability Certificate etc.
Next step would require you to fill in your class 10, class 12 and Bachelor Degree’s maximum marks and total marks obtained by you in each. If you have a dual degree with both Bachelor’s and Master’s you will have to enter the appropriate details in the Bachelor’s and Master’s degree section separately.
You will be required to enter your work experience as on 31st July 2019. Only full-time experience after graduation will be considered as work experience. Do not enter Part-time/Project/Internship etc as work experience as these will not be considered.
It is highly suggested that you select all 20 IIMs and their programs. You do not have to pay any additional amount for selecting multiple IIMs and programs. For each program you can select 2 preferred cities for Interviews- City options are: Ahmadabad, Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai.
Applicant can select maximum upto 4 test cities in order of preference. However, only 1 among the 4 selected cities will be allotted.
Before making the payment, you must cross check your application form as you will not be allowed to make any changes after the payment is confirmed. You will be required to make the payment online through NetBanking/Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Cash Card/Wallet.
