SNAP 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who meet the SNAP eligibility criteria are allowed to take the exam, provided that they have the following:
- Candidates should have completed graduation with a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for SC/ST/PWD candidates) or its equivalent from a recognized university or institute.
- Final-year graduation students are also eligible for SNAP 2026, but they will have to submit the final year mark sheet within the given time frame. Until then, their admission will remain provisional.
- International students with a graduation degree from an international university can apply for the SNAP Test after obtaining a certificate of equivalence from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
SNAP Registration Process 2026
The SNAP 2026 registration process is expected to begin in August 2026, after the SNAP 2026 notification is released. Following is the SNAP registration process that interested candidates can follow to apply online via the official SNAP website.
- Step 1: Visit the official website, www.snaptest.org.
- Step 2: Click on "Apply for Symbiosis MBA via SNAP 2026"
- Step 3: Select the "Register" option.
- Step 4: Fill in your personal details, choose your exam sessions, and select your test cities.
- Step 5: Upload a scanned photo of yourself (passport size).
- Step 6: Pay the registration fee of INR 2,250 through online payment or a demand draft.
- Step 7: After registering, you can access the SNAP application form.
- Step 8: Complete the remaining sections with your academic information and choose the college or course you want to apply for.
- Step 9: Pay an additional fee of INR 1,000 for each college or course you select.
Keep in mind, that any changes in the name, date of birth, category & test cities and centres will not be entertained once the form is submitted. Any remaining edits can be made in the form till the last date of SNAP registrations.
SNAP Notification 2026: Important Details
The SNAP exam pattern in terms of no. of questions in each section is expected to be same as last year. The following can be expected from SNAP 2026:
- SNAP exam is a computer-based test which is administered by Symbiosis International (Deemed) University.
- SNAP 2026 will be conducted thrice this year across multiple centers.
- The total number of questions in the SNAP 2026 Exam is 60, with a total of 60 minutes to solve these questions.
- The SNAP paper consists of three sections, including General English, Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency, and Analytical and Logical Reasoning.
- Each correct answer fetches a score of 1 mark, and an incorrect attempt incurs a penalty of 0.25 marks allotted to the question.
- There is no sectional time limit for any section in the SNAP exam.
- A candidate can attempt SNAP 2026 three times. The highest score will be considered the final result, and no normalisation will take place.
SNAP Admit Card Notification 2026
Candidates who complete the SNAP registration 2026 process can download their SNAP admit card. Based on the 2025 pattern, admit cards were available approximately one week before each exam slot (November 28, December 8, and December 15, 2025 for the three slots respectively). The exact SNAP 2026 admit card dates will be confirmed upon notification release.
The SNAP 2026 Admit Card should have a photograph identical to the image used in the candidate's registration form. The Admit Card will be verified by the exam centre staff on the exam day. Candidates must preserve their SNAP Admit Card 2026 after the exam, as it will be a requirement during the further GE-PI process.
