The XGMT, or Xavier General Management Aptitude Test, is a university-level entrance exam conducted by XIM University, Bhubaneswar, for admission to its Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Business Finance (MBF) programs.  Here’s a brief outline of the XGMT 2026 exam: 

  • Eligibility requires a Bachelor's degree with 55% marks; no job experience is necessary.
  • The exam structure consists of four sections: Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, Emotional Quotient and General Awareness, and Data Interpretation.
  • The exam is conducted online in English. 
  • Candidates are allowed 120 minutes, or two hours, to finish the exam. 

The difficulty level of XGMT exam is similar to SNAP/CUET PG but easier than CAT/XAT, and the XIM University also accepts scores from CAT, XAT, and GMAT for admission.
