To be eligible for the guarantee scheme and refund policy, students must adhere to the following:
1. Class Attendance: Students must attend a minimum of 90% of classes.
2. Mock Test Commitment:
3. PTM Attendance: Parents must attend all Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
4. Performance & Engagement: Active participation in tests and discussions is expected.
5. Exam Application: Student must submit exam application forms for CLAT and AILET along with the admit cards for the two exams. Also, the student must share the actual scorecard post declaration of the results.
6. Admission: In case a student decides not to join an NLU and opts to retake the exams next year or takes admission in another college (other than NLUs), CL will not refund the fee.
