CUET Registration: The NTA declared the CUET 2024 registration process open on the evening of 27th February. The CUET registration last date has been extended till 5th April (till 09:50 PM). Students who are seeking to secure UG admission to any of the 250+ participating universities must complete their CUET registration and fill out the CUET Application form before the last date for CUET 2024 registration, which is on 5th April 2024. However, to avoid any last-minute hassle, candidates are advised to register, do their CUET login, and complete their CUET Application form at the earliest.
CUET 2024 will be one of the biggest UG entrance carnivals in the country. More than 20 lakh CUET registrations are expected in 2024 for approximately 3 lakh UG seats in 250+ participating universities. Completing the registration before the CUET 2024 registration last date, and paying the CUET registration fees is mandatory to complete the form-filling process. To fill out the form, CUET registration is the first step. Once registration is completed, students must proceed to CUET login using the credentials created during CUET 2024 registration and complete the application. Candidates must follow the following steps to complete the CUET 2024 registration process:
Step 1: Visit the official website of NTA CUET - CUET
Step 2: Click on the “New Candidate Register Here” button for CUET 2024 registration (UG).
Step 3: Download and read the Information Bulletin carefully before proceeding to fill out the CUET UG form.
Step 4: The CUET Registration begins by choosing the “Login and Identification for online submission of Application Form” - where students are advised to choose an Aadhar card (student’s own Aadhar card) and validate through OTP.
Step 5: Fill out the CUET registration form which involves filling out personal details and the complete address. After that, choose the password and the security question, enter the captcha, and click the submit button.
Step 6: Validate the CUET 2024 registration details in the preview application section and then click on “submit and send OTP” (This OTP will come on the email address provided during registration). If required, you can edit your credentials at this stage.
Step 7: Complete the verification process by entering the OTP received on your registered email ID.
Step 8: Once students complete the CUET registration 2024 process, they must note down the credentials (application number) that candidates will receive in their email. This will be required for their CUET login. Without the right login credentials, students won’t be able to proceed to CUET login and fill out the CUET application form.
After students complete their CUET registration process, they can access their dashboard by logging in with their CUET login credentials. After that students can proceed to complete their application form before the CUET 2024 registration last date. Student’s application number will be their user ID and the password will be the one chosen by them during the CUET registration process. One can reset their CUET login password through their registered mobile number and email ID.
