UG admission based on the class 12 Board score has become a thing of the past. CUET is the sole criteria (entrance exam) for UG admissions to all the participating universities.
In CUET 2027, more than 250 universities are expected to participate. What's crucial here for students to know, the UG admission to all the 47 central universities across all their offered programs will solely be based on the CUET UG scores. However, other participating universities (state, private, or govt. Institutes) will accept CUET scores for admission to selected courses they offer. CUET UG is conducted once a year. CUET 2027 (UG) will be tentatively conducted in May 2027.

However, for English (and other languages) and GAT (General Aptitude Test), NTA has defined the CUET syllabus separately, which is mentioned on the official CUET website.
Since its inception, the syllabus has not been changed by NTA. So, the CUET 2027 syllabus is expected to be the same as the current syllabus.
