The Institute witnessed the participation of well-known companies including regular recruiters like the Big 4, McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain Capability Network, DE Shaw and United Airlines.
The Highest CTC INR was 20.5 LPA which was offered by DE Shaw followed by Futures First, a first-time recruiter, offered a package of INR 12.4 LPA whereas the Average Package stood at INR 5.7 LPA.
In the 2020 placement drive, 214 students participated out of which 160 students were placed achieving 70% placements.
A total of 115 companies participated in the college recruitment among which 45% were first-time recruiters and more than 185 offers were made.
The highest CTC stood at INR 20.5 LPA whereas the average CTC stood at INR 5.7 LPA and the gross package crossed INR 9.7 Crores in 2020.

Hansraj College offers merit-based scholarships for selected students who are taking admission each year. College provides a fee concession of 50% to 100% based on the annual family income, family background, girl child, etc. Other scholarships are also offered by NCERT, FAEA, Single Girl Child policy, DAV etc. A Scholarship offered by the Department of Science and Technology and the scholarships extended by CBSE is also offered to the students of Hansraj College.
Every year, the college's Alumni Association gives a scholarship of Rs 5,000 and Rs 3,000 to the enabling unit’s meritorious students. Lastly, every student qualifying under the differently-abled category gets a full fee waiver.
