Lady Shri Ram College offers undergraduate programs across Humanities, Social Sciences, Commerce, and Sciences. For Arts and Commerce courses at LSR, the General category demands 860-930+. BA (Hons.) Psychology (926), BA (Hons.) Political Science (916), and B.Com (Hons.) (906) are the most competitive. For B.Sc Statistics target 828+ and for Mathematics, 779+. BA (Hons.) Hindi (579) and BA (Hons.) Sanskrit (314) are comparatively more accessible.

For BA (Hons.) Economics and B.Sc courses, Mathematics is mandatory in your CUET subject combination. For B.Com (Hons.), you can choose either Mathematics or Accountancy - merit is calculated from the best score across both combinations. For BA (Hons.) LSR's placement cell, Avenues, serves as the interface between students and recruiters. It organises campus recruitment drives, workshops, seminars, and internship opportunities for the entire student body.

The Class of 2025 placement season saw an average package of INR 12.18 LPA and a median of INR 10.2 LPA. Over 120 companies participated across the 2023–24 season, extending 200+ offers. Industry leaders, including McKinsey & Co., Boston Consulting Group, DE Shaw, Kepler Cannon, Blackstone, Nomura, Accenture, EY, KPMG, ZS Associates, and Deloitte, have all recruited from LSR.

As per NIRF 2025 data, 350 students from LSR got placed out of 1,299 eligible students, with the median UG package at INR 9.25 LPA.

The LSR campus is spread over 15 acres in Lajpat Nagar IV, South Delhi, one of the most spacious and well-maintained campuses among all DU constituent colleges.
