The eligibility criteria for NTA CUCET is decided in a way that every student can have a fair chance to appear in the exam and get admission into their desired central university. As mentioned above, a minimum of 50% weightage will be given to the CUCET. However, each university can differ in its eligibility criteria apart from the 50% weightage of CUCET. Students must check out the eligibility criteria of the universities they are seeking admission into. The eligibility for NTA CUCET 2022 are as follows:
Students must have 50% marks in the 12th standard.
SC/ST students have a relaxation of 5%.
The weightage for CUCET and Class XII Board exam results will be at the sole discretion of the Central University, to which admission is being sought.
As of now, there is no notification regarding the age limit for CUCET.
NTA CUCET 2022 is expected to be conducted by the 2nd week of May 2022. The application form will release a few weeks before the exam. The Application Fee for General candidates is expected to be INR 850 for applying to three Universities and INR 400 for SC/ST students.

Section-B will be domain-specific which means the subject will be chosen by the candidates and the questions will be based on that particular subject so that every student has a fair chance to excel.
The Exam Pattern for NTA CUCET 2022 is expected to be simple and straightforward. As per the past trends, it is assumed that there will be two sections with 100 MCQ questions in total. Section A will be a general paper with 25 MCQ questions and Section B will be a domain-specific paper with 75 MCQ questions.
