Decoding ISB Admissions: How to get into India's #1 B-School

Working with CL counselors on my MBA application was an incredible experience. They took the time to truly understand my story and helped me present it in a way that felt authentic yet impactful. Their detailed feedback on essays and interview prep was spot-on, and their encouragement kept me motivated throughout the process. Thanks to their guidance, I felt confident at every step and couldn't be happier with the results. I'm deeply grateful for career launcher's support and highly recommend them to anyone pursuing their MBA dream.

As I embark on my year at ISB Hyderabad Co'25, I would like to thank the CL team and especially Venkatesh, for the guidance at each step of the way, right from brainstorming and interview prep to giving me a dose of motivation right before the interview day. Though I was decently confident with my profile, applying in R3 did come with a fair degree of uncertainty. Looking back, I must say the feedback, advice and inputs I received were invaluable in helping me succeed in getting an admit. Thank you once again.

I had worked with mentors previously to apply for ISB. However, with Shweta, I was able to articulate my story in a way that not only felt genuine to me but also resonated well with the school. Shweta and team were patient in addressing my questions and incredibly helpful throughout the process. It was a smooth journey, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I had a great experience at CL. Within 2 months, my GMAT score increased from 580 to 680. Mock Interviews and Consulting services at CL further helped me hone my skills and boosted my confidence.

For someone like me with less than 2 years of work experience, clarity on our profile is of atmost importance. The minute I approached CL for interview assistance, Anubav sir and Shivku Sir made sure that I revisit every inch of my application and prepare a justification to every probable question that the panel could ask The actual interview felt just like a culmination of mock interviews because it is the confidence of a perfect preparation that drives the interview.

Career Launcher helped me take the next step after writing my GMAT and achieving a 99 percentile. I knew I had chances in the top tier colleges, but only 4 years of work experience meant I needed to craft my profile accordingly and not jump the gun on wishful thinking. This is where Mr Anubhav from Career Launcher helped me immensely in balancing my profile and aided me in thinking from a managerial perspective. Anubhav provided the much-needed help in building my profile and tailoring my essays. There were numerous iterations of draft essays until the final versions transpired. The mock interviews also simulated real-time interview experience and helped me work on my drawbacks and loopholes. The result exceeded my expectations. Not only did I successfully get admission at ISB, but I also made it through to IIM Ahmedabad's PGPX course as well as some of the world’s top 10 B-schools, such as, HEC - Paris, IE - Spain, etc. I can only thank Career Launcher for their holistic approach and continued support in transforming my dreams into reality.

As a reapplicant, it was important for me to restructure my application and convey my strengths to the admissions committee in a manner that was coherent with my long-term ambitions and expectations from the MBA programme. Career Launcher, with its experienced mentors helped me understand the strengths & weaknesses in my narrative, and portray a better version through my application. This also helped me to develop confidence during the interview stage. The consulting team was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for MBA consulting support with their applications.

The entire admission consulting process was not only very systematic but also helped me know so much about myself that I didn't know otherwise. The SOP pointers and the multiple edits were done with complete patience no matter how much I lagged behind. All my questions would be answered quickly and I never felt that there was no personal attention given to my case as per my background. Once I was done with submitting applications and subsequent calls for interviews, the interview preparation process began. It was overwhelming to see that the founders of CL themselves were personally associated and involved in my process and that's something that I felt drove the point home as far as student centricity is concerned. At the end of the whole process, I had a 100% conversion rate of admits from ISB, IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Bangalore (with scholarship). I would recommend nothing less than CL for MBA admissions consulting!

My B-school application journey with CL was superb. Anubhav sir, right from the first session drills into you that your application cannot be another generic submission. He forces you to think outside the box and solve a problem and challenges you to think about your long-term goals. Although, this soul searching can be draining, he will encourage you to revisit your goals time and again. It might get frustrating, but it was worth it. The best think about CL is that was they don't spoon feed you and you will have to put your thinking hat on, and this indeed helps. Lastly, once I got the interview call, Anubhav sir was available round the clock and the interview process went smoothly. Special shout out to Shivku Sir, the way he took my mock interview was exactly how my actual interview went.

The constant guidance given by Anubhav sir and the feedback that Shiv Kumar sir provided immensely helped me in framing and visualising my answers. I was guided well to think through my stories and possible interview scenarios which gave me confidence. I am immensely grateful to the CL team that helped me bag the admit.

Career Launcher exactly understands what a B-school requires in an application. Combining it with an in-depth understanding of a candidate's personal and professional life, the mentors bring out the perfect application. Every suggestion regarding things to be mentioned or otherwise both in application essays and interviews are explained with strong reasons which helps to build confidence.

It was a great experience as guidance was provided as and when needed until the very end. A well analysed structure was followed and altered as per the requirements and building a congenial relationship on the way. I would recommend it to every MS & MBA aspirant.

My mentors at CL helped me in my application process. They precisely shortlisted colleges according to my profile. The best part of being associated with CL is the personalized mentoring and guidance. It's not like other coaching classes who actually don't provide one-on-one consulting after you register with them.

I am immensely grateful to CL for providing me the resources and confidence to get through the entire process of ISB YLP. From giving me expert guidance on what I require for the applications to helping me highlight my strengths and weaknesses via mock interviews, Ajay sir and Varun have been a vital part of this entire journey. They're terrific at what they do and I am very glad to have had their support throughout.

Amazing faculty and apt guidance. They ensure that you identify your strengths and address your weaknesses and propel you in the right direction to achieve your objectives.
