IPMAT-Indore Exam Pattern

The mock strictly follows the IPMAT exam patterns of IPMAT-Indore and IPMAT-Rohtak with proper time constraints as is presented in the actual examination.

The IPMAT-Indore exam has a unique exam structure. Primarily, it has 2 areas which the exam is focused on, Verbal Ability and Quantitative Ability having 45 questions in each of the sections.

  • But the Quantitative Ability section is further segregated into two sections based on the question type. Out of 45 questions, 30 are simple, multiple-choice questions, but the rest of the questions are short-answer type questions.
  • The sectional time limit is distributed evenly among the VA section, QA (MCQ) section, and QA (SA) section; each according to 40 minutes.

On the other hand, IPMAT Rohtak has 3 sections, Verbal Ability, Quantitative Ability and Logical Reasoning, having 40 questions in each section.

  • All questions across all the sections are objective type questions.
  • Although mentioned on their official website, IPMAT Rohtak has no sectional time limit.
