IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu have launched the Integrated Program in Management (IPM) from the year 2021 onwards. It is admitting students based on their JIPMAT Score and the respective admission of IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu.
In this session, we will have Dr. Raveesh Krishnan: Chairperson IPM IIM Bodh Gaya, and Prof Kapil Gumte, Chairperson IPM IIM Jammu (Kapil Gumte) to talk about the pedagogy and future scope of the IPM program.
We will also have Prof Rashmi Ranjan Panda, Chairperson Admission IIM Jammu and Dr. Prabhat Ranjan, Chairperson Admission IIM Bodh Gaya to resolve all the admission-related queries.

Raveesh Krishnankutty is an Assistant Professor in the Finance and Accounting Department at the Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya. Dr Raveesh received his PhD and M.Phil. from ICFAI University Tripura. He also qualified UGC NET in the year 2012. Before joining IIM Bodh Gaya, he worked as Assistant Professor at ICFAI Business School Hyderabad and Rajagiri Business School. He does research in Corporate Finance, Financial Economics and Banking. He has published research papers in national and international journals also presented a research paper at national and international conferences.
Prabhat Ranjan has completed his Ph.D. (FPM) in Operations Management from IIM Calcutta. Prior to this, he has completed PGDM from IIM Ranchi, and B.Sc. (Maths Hons.) from Magadh University Bodh Gaya. He has published two co-authored research paper in Annals of Operations Research and Journal of the Operational Research Society. His research interests include DEA and Preference Matching Algorithm. His teaching interests include subjects of Operations Management & Quantitative Techniques area, such as, Statistics for Management, Operations Research, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Revenue Management & Dynamic Pricing, and other courses. He is a member of the American Economic Association and a life-time member of Indian Mathematical Society.
Dr Kapil Manohar Gumte is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the domain of Operations & Supply Chain at Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu. Earlier joining to IIM Jammu, he has a total experience of 12 years and 6 months with a blend of industry and academia. Earlier projects made him get acquainted with various updated industrial tools and techniques. He has published papers in journals and conferences in reputed international and national journals. He has an avid interest in the domain of Operation Research, Operation Management, Optimization, Uncertainty handling, Modeling, Ai-ML, Data Science, and Data Analytics. He has applied these concepts to Biofuels, Electronic waste, Electic vehicles, and is still applying to many more upcoming hot topics as per market demand. Dr. Rashmi Ranjan Parida has diversified work experience for more than a decade in Corporate, teaching, research, consultancy & administration. Dr. Parida holds a Ph.D. degree from IIT Kharagpur, PGDM from XIM Bhubaneswar, and B.Tech from OUAT. Dr. Parida has research interests in emerging markets, rural marketing, consumer behavior, sustainability issues, and brand loyalty and has published in reputed peer-reviewed international journals. He has been associated with IIM Jammu since May, 2019. Currently, he holds the position of Chairperson- Admissions, and previously he held the post of Chairperson- Student Affairs. He is actively involved with FDPs & MDPs and is now Programme Director for two executive programs of 1 year and six months. He is presently providing consultancy to the PWD department of Jammu & Kashmir Govt.
