Designed to acquaint a student with the conceptual and operational parameters of general principles of law and its operation in society, this course helps to understand how central and state governments function and how legislations are enacted and enforced. Apart from the traditional routes like lectures, assignments, etc, teaching pedagogy will cover up most up-to-date methods such as research, case studies, presentations, and discussions.
The objective of the curriculum is to provide a blended knowledge of law and management. This is a gateway to the real world of management and decision-making. This course gives an insight the students into the fundamentals of legal studies. They are exposed to basic concepts of law and the legal system. Apart from the traditional routes like lectures, assignments, etc, teaching pedagogy will cover up most up-to-date methods such as research, case studies, presentations, mooting, discussions, and clinical legal education.
Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) qualification with a minimum of 50% in any discipline from a recognised board.
