Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST* or CLAT or CUET.
*LPUNEST will be exempted if the candidate scores 90% or more marks in the qualifying exam.
For a candidate who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off, provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in the English medium or an equivalent subject.
(5% relaxation in aggregate marks for SC/ST candidates and 3% relaxation in aggregate marks for OBC candidates)
10% relaxation in aggregate marks in the qualifying examination will be applicable for candidates from North-East states and Sikkim, and 5% relaxation will be applicable for Defence Personnel, their dependents, and wards of Kashmiri migrants.

Note: In case the applicant falls in both categories, then only one relaxation in eligibility will be given.

LL.B.

Pass with 50% aggregate marks in Graduation (any stream) or equivalent.
Get details for scholarship on the basis of CUET.
5% relaxation in aggregate marks for SC/ST candidates and 3% relaxation in aggregate marks for OBC candidates.
5% relaxation in aggregate marks in the qualifying examination will be applicable for candidates from North-East states and Sikkim, Defence Personnel, their dependents, and wards of Kashmiri migrants.

LL.M.

Ph.D. (Law)

Pass with 55% aggregate marks or equivalent grades prescribed by UGC in the Master's Degree* (2 year or 4 semester Master's Degree after a 3 year Bachelor's Degree #) or equivalent in the relevant subject to qualifying LPUNEST* and Interview.

Candidate who has completed 1-year/2-semester master's degree* programme with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks or equivalent grades prescribed by UGC after a 4-year/8-semester bachelor's degree is also eligible.

with law or equivalent
A relaxation of 5% marks or its equivalent grade may be allowed for those belonging to SC or ST or OBC (non-creamy layer) or Differently-Abled, Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and other categories of candidates as per the decision of the Commission from time to time.

Up to ₹84,000 for students scoring 80 %-98 % in the qualifying exam.
