Q. What is mSIS?
mSIS, Mobile Student Information System is an initiative launched by Career Launcher in partnership with Mobiquest for enabling students to access information on their mobile device. The objective of mSIS is to help our students get instant access to results of their latest Mock Tests along with some exciting tools to learn on the go.

Q. How much does mSIS cost?
mSIS is FREE! There are no charges for the download, registration and use of mSIS. You will need a GPRS connection from your mobile phone service provider to operate mSIS.
Most operators offer a free GPRS plan with no monthly rentals and you only pay for what you use. mSIS also comes bundled with a mobile audio/video player. We recommend you to opt for an unlimited GPRS plan from your service provider for using audio/video services included within the mSIS.
Q. What do I need to run mSIS application on my mobile?
You will need a GPRS connection, valid Enrollment ID from Career Launcher & mobile number for accessing any content from mSIS application.
Career Launcher recommends you to take an unlimited GPRS connection plan for playing audio/video content from mSIS.
Please contact your service provider for details on the available GPRS plans.
Q. What are the supported mobile devices for mSIS?
mSIS works on most JAVA enabled phones. All you need to do is activate GPRS with your mobile operator.
mSIS has been tested on following mobile devices to run successfully:
– All handsets supporting Java MIDP2.0 from Nokia, Sony-Ericsson, Samsung, LG, Motorola, BenQ, BenQ-Siemens
mSIS currently will not work with the following devices:
– All Windows mobile run devices like HTC, I-mate and few models from Samsung & LG running on Windows platform.
Q. Where do I find the mSIS application after installation on my mobile device?
mSIS will get installed in your "Phone Menu" or "Games Folder" or "Applications Folder" depending on your phone model.
Q. I do not have a valid Enrollment ID. Can I still access information on mSIS after installation on my mobile.
No. mSIS is meant only for registered students with Career Launcher having a valid Enrollment ID. The Enroll ID is checked in real time with our user database every time a user tries to access mSIS application from their mobile.
Q. Can mSIS be accessed by multiple users on the same mobile device?
No. After installation and first time registration on your mobile mSIS application automatically gets locked to your Enroll ID and mobile number. The application will not allow you take any other Enroll ID or mobile number for sign in. You will need to un-install & re-install the mSIS application on your mobile device to sign in with another Enroll ID & Mobile number.
Getting Started
STEP 1
Register with Career Launcher– For existing students only.
Go to http://www.careerlauncher.com/msis. Fill in a small registration form giving your details like Enroll ID & Mobile number.
STEP 2
Download mSIS – Once (Size: ~ 50kb)
If you are a valid student enrolled with Career Launcher you will receive an SMS from Career Launcher containing a link to download the mSIS application. Select the link in your SMS and follow the instruction to download and install mSIS on your mobile.
mSIS will get installed in your "Phone Menu" or "Games Folder" or "Applications Folder" depending on your phone model or the folder you select in your mobile phone.
Select "Yes" during installation if the application gives an alert as an 'Untrusted Application'. mSIS is a fully validated application and has been tested completely to ensure no part of it disturbs any functionality in your mobile phone.
STEP 3
Launch mSIS
Once mSIS is installed successfully on your mobile you can find an icon named CLmSIS with a small Career Launcher logo in your "Applications" folder or any other folder you had chosen to save while installation.
First Time Users
Click on the CLmSIS icon and the application will launch instantly. You need to enter the following in order to login to the mSIS application:
Enroll ID: Fill in your six or seven digit Enrollment ID provided to you by Career Launcher
Mobile Number: Enter your 10 digit mobile number here to register for the first time. Please make sure not to prefix ´91´ or ´0´ or ´+91´ with your mobile number.
Press "Register" sign in.
Second time & subsequent access users
Simply click on the CLmSIS icon on your mobile and you will be taken to the main menu screen of the mSIS application. This is because your Enroll ID & Mobile number has got stored in our database on first time registration.

After successful sign in to mSIS you will get access to following:
