Human Resource Management- Minimum eligibility for application to the ITM MBA programs is a bachelor’s degree (10+2+3) from any AIU recognized University with minimum 50% marks in the qualifying examination. Final year students may also apply. In addition, candidates must have appeared for one of the following MBA Entrance Tests: CAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT, MAT, ATMA, State CET tests & NMAT by GMAC
Shortlisting for MPPI and final selection for admission to the above programs is based on your overall academic performance & followed by scheduled Case Analysis & Personal Interview. Shortlisted Candidates will be called to attend the CAPI (Case Analysis and Personal Interview ) Process selection rounds; Call-letter for the Selection Process is sent through e-mail. The selection criteria for final admission is based on following multiple factors:
- Past academic performance.
- Entrance test scores.
- CAPI performance (Case Analysis and Personal Interview ).
- Work experience (if any) after completion of your graduation.
- Extracurricular activities, other interests, and accomplishments.
You must bring the following documents during Selection Process
- Application Form.
- Entrance Test Scores
- Mark sheets and Certificates: Originals and attested photocopies of all mark sheets and certificates including Std. X, XII, & all years / terms of graduate degree.
- If you have work experience, relevant Photocopies of Experience Letter / Pay slips / Offer Letter.
- Important: ITM shall not retain any original documents or marksheets. We will only verify the originals against the photocopies and return the originals to you.
- A Demand Draft for Rs. 25000/- in favor of “Institute for Technology and Management Trust Escrow A/c”, payable at Mumbai
- On successful completion of your CAPI, you may be offered admission to one or more programs, based on your overall performance in the selection process. Should you choose to accept the offer of admission, you must submit the above-mentioned demand draft of `25,000/- which represents
