Mr. R. Satya Narayanan Founded CL Educate Ltd (also known as Career Launcher Limited) in 1995 and serves as its Chairman. Mr. Narayanan began his learning training career with a hugely successful Personality Development Program (PDP). He served in pharmaceutical marketing at Ranbaxy. He has led its dramatic growth since entrepreneurial debut in 1995. Mr. Narayanan is a renowned Speaker in Indian academic circles, has personally trained thousands of students, teachers and corporate executives and is the moving force behind several pioneering initiatives in the Asian education markets. He serves as Chairman of Career Launcher USA, Inc. Mr. Narayanan serves as Chairman and Director of POWERMath. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board of NuVeda Learning Pvt. Ltd. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board of TIE Charter. He trained corporate head-honchos in leadership and management skills. He is also a certified Crestcom and NTL trainer who has trained corporate bigwigs in leadership and management skills; besides thousands of students, teachers and corporate executives. More recognition and accolades have constantly poured in, in the form of various national and international awards like the Karmaveer Puraskaar '09 presented by iCONGO and the Most Promising Entrepreneur Award presented by Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards '09. Occasionally, he also trains the Delhi state cricket team in the area of "mental preparation". Mr. Narayanan holds a Bachelor's degree from St Stephen's College, New Delhi and an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore.
