Reserve Bank of India conducts RBI Grade B Phase 2 or RBI Grade B Mains for applicants who qualify RBI Grade B Prelims Exam. Phase 2 is conducted at a gap of about 10-12 days from the declaration of result of the Prelims Exam, hence it is extremely important for candidates to prepare for Phase 2 along with the Prelims in order to secure a good rank.
The RBI Grade B Mains exam is more of a subject-centric exam and evaluates a candidate on the basis of their knowledge about economics, finance, banking system, social issues, and other relevant fields. A candidate's managerial and leadership skills are also tested through this paper.
