1. By signing this receipt, you confirm that you have received the student rulebook and agree to all the conditions stipulated therein.
2. All refunds will be as per the policy stated in the rulebook/brochure
3. In case a student withdraws from the course for any reason (personal, family, social, academic etc.), no adjustment of any nature regarding the fees paid will be made.
4. Any cheque/DD must be drawn in favour of "CL Educate Ltd."
5. In case of cheque bounces, the student is liable to deposit the amount in cash within the next 48 hours and pay INR 500/- extra.
6. The rules and regulations are subject to change by management, which reserves the exclusive right to do so without notice.
7. An installment, if not paid by due date can lead to cancellation of the enrollment. Cancellation of enrollment will be at the sole discretion of the management.
8. Any change of center will be solely at the discretion of the management.
9. In case a student has not paid the admission fee in full, the following services will remain temporarily suspended (till the time admission fee is not fully paid):
10. You are allowed to access the service on maximum 2 devices (laptop and mobile). If you access the service on a 3rd device, your Aspiration account will automatically be blocked and it will take 7-10 working days to re-activate it. 11. Student authorizes CL to use the name and photograph uploaded by a student through their career launcher account, in any of its promotional communication and I would also like to receive regular updates from Career Launcher on new products, exclusive offers, institute information, etc.
