SBI PO Prelims Exam Analysis July 09, 2016 - First Slot



SBI PO (Prelims) 2016 was flagged off on July 02, 2016. Today is the third day of SBI PO (Prelims) 2016. The exam is being held in four time slots - 2 each in morning and evening. A total of 100 questions had to be answered in 60 minutes. Each correct answer will fetch 1 mark while each incorrect answer will reduce the score by 0.25.

The overall level of difficulty of this section was easy to moderate. The section comprised questions on Error Spotting, Reading Comprehension, Para-jumble, Fill in the blanks and Cloze Test. There were synonyms and antonyms based on RC. An overall attempt of 20-22 questions can be considered as a good attempt.

This section was mostly dominated by DI (Table & Bar Graph) questions, quant questions included questions based on Arithmetic (Ratio & Proportion, Probability, Profit & Loss, Percentage etc.) and Number Series. A well prepared student would have attempted 20 questions in this section.
