Target Demographic
Standard MBA programs draw in professionals who have 3-5 years of work experience. The PGP YL, however, is designed for fresh talent with no more than two years of work experience.

Yes, ISB offers three types of scholarships for PGP YL: Merit-based scholarships (up to 100% coverage); Need-cum-Merit scholarships; and ISB Develop India Scholarship.

The PGP program suits professionals who have worked for at least 2 years. The PGP YL targets new graduates or people who have worked for less than 2 years. If you've worked for 2 years or more, you can't join the PGP YL. You should consider the PGP instead. The PGP YL gives an MBA-like education in 20 months, helping people who just finished school or started their jobs to speed up their management studies. When you can't decide between an MBA and the PGP YL, look at things like how well-known the school is, what the curriculum comprises, and how much the MBA programs cost compared to the PGP YL. Eventually, go for the program that fits best with your profile and your career.
