Xavier University Bhubaneswar (XUB) is a private university located in the state of Odisha. The University has been established in accordance with The Xavier University, Odisha Act, 2013. It is a private self-financing institution of higher learning for imparting professional and technical education. Xavier University Bhubaneswar (XUB), a 31-year old autonomous B-School of the Xavier University is the flagship school.

Master's of Business Administration - Business Management (MBA-BM)	This residential program leads to the MBA degree of Xavier University, Bhubaneswar. While the Program is based on the standard model of management education as practised by top ranking institutions, this Program is distinguished by its rigour and discipline. This Program is designed to develop competent men and women into accomplished professionals, capable of working in various organizations in the private as well as the public sectors.	2 - Year	360	Bachelors Degree or its Equivalent with a minimum of 55% aggregate, in any discipline from any Recognized University with a valid CAT / GMAT / XAT / X-GMT score. Previous work experience is not required, but can be considered as an asset. Executive Master's of Business Administration - Business Management (EMBA-BM)	This one-year full-time Executive MBA Program is specifically designed for working executives and practicing managers, who are aspiring to become business leaders of tomorrow. This Program provides an excellent opportunity for professionals, with the potential to assume senior management responsibilities, to pursue a Postgraduate Program in Management, without interrupting the current professional career. Master's of Business Administration - Human Resource Management (MBA-HRM)	The MBA in HRM or Human Resource Management is the two year post graduation degree program for a graduate which basically means the management of employees in organization. MBA in HRM involves the specialised training program in human resource management like planning strategies, recruitment, hiring of employees, and training of employees. The program is designed to develop highly competent human resource professionals. (i) It imparts the knowledge, skills and experience essential for managing human resources in an organization. Master's of Business Finance (MBF)	The program is spread over a two-year period divided into four (4) semesters. In the first two semesters, students get inputs on the basic areas such as Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Corporate Laws, Statistics, Economics, Research Methodology, MIS, Quantitative Techniques and many more. These core courses set the foundation for more advanced courses such as Project Planning, Appraisal and Finance, Behavioral Finance, Financial Modeling, Business Analytics, Corporate Tax Planning and so on. In the fourth semester students will be required to opt for the electives of their choice.
