Roles & Responsibilities

  • Complete daily outbound call quota & talk time through allocated leads
  • Create sales pipeline & convert leads to meet and exceed targets
  • Counsel the students in the course & college shortlisting
  • Manage end to end process from college/course shortlisting to documentation to application submission to final admission
  • Upselling & cross-selling relevant CL offerings
  • Ensure process compliance and timely reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a min of 60%
  • 1-2 years of prior work-ex in the study abroad domain.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to continuously learn about colleges/universities abroad.
  • Knowledge of the admission process of at least one of the countries – US, UK, or Canada.
  • Knowledge of the VISA process is a plus.
  • Having a bachelor’s or a master’s from the US, EU, or Canada is a huge plus.

GMAT, GRE, SAT Counselor - Online Sales Role

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Complete daily outbound call quota & talk time through allocated leads
  • Guide students/parents for GMAT /GRE / SAT / Admission Consulting to enroll them in the relevant coaching/preparation programs by CL
  • Create sales pipeline & convert leads to meet and exceed targets
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to enrolled students/customers
  • Ensure post-sales servicing as per the set standards
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation in all spheres of activities.
  • Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction in issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a min of 60%
  • 1-2 years of prior work-ex in the education industry in online sales. Experience of online sales in GMAT, GRE, or SAT is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to continuously learn about colleges/universities abroad.
  • Having a GMAT / GRE score is a huge plus.

  • Provide pre sales counselling and advise the students regarding admission services (Bachelor degree/MBA/MIM/Law) and test prep.
  • Achieve enrollment as well as collection targets for Bachelor degree/MBA/MIM/Law admission counsulting enrollments.
  • Generate walk-ins from telephonic lead, leads for other sources and referrals.
  • Mobilize the student groups for Career Launcher initiatives and programmes
  • Responsible for operations processes / formalities at the center.

  • Hard core sales with generating walk-ins at center through ATL promotion and local marketing.
  • Proactively up-selling and cross-selling relevant product.
  • Comply with the batch plan and effectively communicate the schedule of batches to students and parents.
  • Capturing accurate client information on inquiry form and timely entering the same in the system.
  • Ensure KYC compliance of the enrolled students.
  • Proper maintenance of inventory and timely issue of kits to students.
  • Share information on various courses, test prep products, application process, and deadline on proactive basis.
